Main focus for the study is Shared motivation which often is referred to as the social capital within collaborations. After five semi-structured interviews with personnel from both the Swedish Red Cross and the municipality, the study has shown an interaction with a complex setup. The interaction was mostly characterized by motivation, trust and an understanding for each other through confirmation and showing respect. Aspects that seems to consume the motivation within the interaction are lack of confirmation and the lack of trust. (Less)
