Sustainable Manufacturing and Its Impact on Consumer Perception: A Study on Swedish Manufacturing Organizations and the Perception of Swedish Consumers

Abstract
As the environmental issues such as climate change and air pollution are increasing, the awareness and interest for sustainability has grown as well. Due to this, manufacturing organizations are put under more pressure from stakeholders, to manufacture products that have less negative impact on the environment. One of the stakeholders are the consumers who want to live more sustainably. However, they find it difficult to keep up with it due to the lack of information.
