The results of the study show that the norm formation process is characterized by provisions within the Work Environment Act and the Co-determination Act. Furthermore, the results indicate that customer requirements, other types of tests, union views and the importance of a policy are important conditions in the process. The results of the study contribute with a deeper understanding of the labor market's norm-forming processes and an insight into the conditions that apply within it. (Less)
