The findings indicated various forms of collaboration and factors crucial to effective interactions, as well as those that prevented collusion. Specifically, the degree of integration was found to be paramount in determining the success of collaborative efforts, with institutional logic emerging as a significant determinant of collaboration and conflict dynamics. We believe this study will contribute to a better understanding of the challenges and opportunities of collaboration in social work practice. (Less)
