Analysing the relation of feminist leadership organisations as workplaces to their values, goals and missions reveals their contestation of the capitalist logic of what is valued in society. By conducting a thematic analysis, this thesis developed seven themes unravelling practises and principles in feminist leadership organisations that emphasise a holistic view on people and work as inherently political entities. Work in feminist leadership organisations enables personal growth and thereby communal growth instead of applying the neoliberal capitalist logic of exploitation and individualism. In workplaces, feminist leadership encourages and values social justice as a core goal to fight and exist for, breaking the capitalist logic of work as provider of the means of personal reproduction.
