- Abstract
- Professionals play a significant role in identifying and intervening in situations with domestic violence, which remains a significant global issue with profound consequences for victims. This quantitative study, by a questionnaire, explores the attitudes of university students towards different types of violence; physical, psychological, sexual, economic, and material violence. The questionnaire also includes questions related to the university program curriculum on this issue. Findings indicate that while many students can identify specifically physical violence, there is a lack of knowledge about other forms of violence.
