While the tool enhances reporting agility and stakeholder communication, its effectiveness is often limited by technical complexity, data governance constraints, and integration challenges with legacy systems. The findings highlight that successful BI adoption is not solely a technical endeavour, but also a socio-organizational process requiring alignment between technological capabilities and organizational readiness.
