There has long been a consensus that healthcare systems play a critical role in enhancing human well-being and contributing to a healthy society. Efforts should be made to promote public awareness and execute necessary measures to improve healthcare. Because of this, a computer-based system is created to allow individuals to self-diagnose their health state based on specified symptoms. This approach should be stressed so that individuals may appropriately use the knowledge as a reference to live a better life. Web-based Community Center for Healthcare Diagnosis is designed using an expert system method. Treatment and prevention of illness may be determined using expert system reasoning techniques, which are implemented into the system. At the moment, arthritis, thalassemia, and pneumococcal are included in the list of illnesses. The knowledge-based system manages sets of rules and facts. Web-based technology is used to spread information to users so that they may utilize it to their advantage. By using self-diagnosis for early illness identification, this approach will assist those who want to raise their health awareness and seek professional information about diseases.
