Rotational bands with πgθ/2-2 structure in z ≥ 50, n ∼ 56-65 nuclei

The properties of rotational bands in the A ∼ 110 (Z ≥ 50 N ∼ 56-65) mass region are investigated within the configuration-dependent shell-correction approach with the cranked Nilsson potential. It is shown that in nuclei with Z > 50, N < 60, smooth terminating bands based on two proton holes in the g9/2 subshell might be observed over a wide spin range up to termination. In the N > 60 nuclei, the terminating states of such bands reside well above the yrast line in calculations. The results of calculations are consistent with available experimental data.
