Kompetensutveckling med iPads : appkurs på Samhällsvetenskapliga fakultetens bibliotek vid Lunds universitet

- As part of a project at the Faculty of Social Sciences at Lund University the staff at the Social Sciences Faculty Library (Sambib) attended a course on iPads and apps. In order to improve the skills of the whole staff, all librarians took the course.
The participants’ experiences and opinions were documented in the blog where the course information was published and everyone filled out questionnaires. The course ended with a joint discussion.
The results were analyzed based on assumptions about what knowledge librarians need in the future and how to develop these skills. Theories of how to develop learning organizations and improve team learning have also been applied to the outcome.
