Abstract
It is composed following the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (A1-B2 levels, understanding of oral and written texts). It turns to good account the composition exercises of Norwegian, Czech, Swedish and Arab students of the previous ten years teaching experience; it promotes Romanian culture and civilization landmarks; it considers probable day-to-day language understanding situations of a foreign student in Romania; it is more than a useful linguistic tool, but it also has a cultural-educational purpose.
