- This research paper study the types of conflict management mechanisms used by different conflicting parties due to the construction of Pak Mun Dam. Here, an attempt is made to study the factors and some of the pertinent questions as the beginning of the systematic study of the relationship between conflict management and its mechanisms in solving developmental related conflict in Thailand. The research paper will begin with theoretical analysis discussion in order to develop an understanding of the variable interaction of conflict management. These shall bring to a better clue to analyze, understand, and explain the contribution of conflict management in the case study.
