Abstract
This paper presents the 16-element antenna array with parasitic microstrip antenna single element. Antenna designed to operate at 60 GHz and its structure based on low-temperature cofired ceramic (LTCC) substrate. Gain more then 18 dBi and return loss bandwidth about 20% were obtained after antenna geometry parameters optimization
