Reduce, reuse, redesign : A guide to reducing single-use plastics at Lund University

Abstract
The production, consumption and disposal of plastics in today’s economies simultaneously contribute to climate change and pollution. With expected production growth for plastics, these problems will only exacerbate. To address the plastic crisis, we need a reduction of its production, as well as a fundamental rethinking of our relationship with this material. Reorganising economies to be less reliant on single-use plastics, and redesigning processes to foster reuse are part of the solution.
