- The first edition of the comprehensive diachronic-contemporary Swedish Academy Dictionary (SAOB) was completed in 2023 after more than 130 years of work. In 2024, a revision project was initiated with the aim of creating a more balanced dictionary by modernizing the content and addressing the major shortcomings.
