- The presentation is based on the theoretical model for sustainable working life for all ages (swAge). The swAge model includes the complex picture of factors and areas of importance to work life participation. In the model, different ageing concepts is related to the nine areas of importance for individuals perspective of work life participation and the four consideration areas to if individuals can and want to participate in an extended working life or not. The model also relate individual level to four activity areas including 21 proposed measures at the organisation/enterprise level and at the society level.
