- Abstract
- This report is made by four Fire safety engineering students at LTH, Lund and contains a fire safety evaluation. An object were given, Revinge restaurant, Sweden. The object hosts a restaurant, conference rooms, gym, dressing rooms and saunas. A maximum of 400 guests are allowed in Revinge restaurant. Due to different activities the opening hours are long.
The object has been evaluated regarding egress time and time to untenable
conditions. Time to egress was simulated with Simulex, which is a computer
program used to simulate egress from a building. Time to untenable conditions was simulated with Argos, which is a computer program based on a two-zone model. Some of these changes have to be made and other changes are only recommended. The final assessment of the fire safety evaluation of Revinge
restaurant is that the overall safety in the building is almost satisfying. Some changes have to be made to fulfil the safety.plication/m (Less)
