- Abstract
- The purpose of this study was to examine how the result of what the
Supreme Administrative Court’s recent judgment has affected the three
organisations called Youth and Adolescent Care (BUP), social service
(socialtjänst), and The National Board of Institutional Care (SiS).
Qualitative semi-structured interviews were made with at least two workers
from each of three organizations. Several very different causes for the
problems crystallized themselves into themes; resources, cooperation,
organisational structure, and competence. Organisational theory was applied
to sort through the information. The interviewed were devastated by the
problem but a conclusion couldn’t be made as to who has the responsibility
