- Finns det kvalitetsproblem i virkesleveransskedjan som påverkar slutkvaliteten på producerade byggnader med trä negativt? För att bringa klarhet i den frågan har platsbesök och intervjuer genomförts på sågverk(3st), hos grossister(3st) och vid mottagning av virke på arbetsplatser(3st). En enkät har också gått ut till 58 stycken produktionschefer i Skåne för att undersöka bland annat vilka kontrollmetoder som används vid mottagning av virkesleveranser. Fokus i projektet har varit underlagstak av trä (råspont och råspontluckor) och dess eventuella mikrobiella skador i form av blånad och mögel. Även fuktkvotsnivåer har kontrollerats.

Efter utförda platsbesök och intervjuer kan det konstateras att det idag råder oklarhet kring hur kravställningarna vid inköp av råspont bör ställas och följas upp. Kvalitetskraven som ställs skriftligt idag tillåter exempelvis synlig blånad i stor utsträckning vilket de flesta forskare, sågverk och entreprenörer anser vara undermålig kvalitet.
Kontroll av mikrobiell påväxt på ytor sker endast vi avsyning av ytor idag vilket gör att påväxter som inte syns för blotta ögat aldrig identifieras.
Det som kan fastställas är att sågverken och byggvaruhandlarna idag generellt levererar råspont av bättre kvalitet än vad som beställs. (Less) - Abstract

After making site visits and interviews, it is clear that today is uncertain how the requirement requests the purchase of tongued and grooved board should be set and monitored. It can be fixed is that the sawmills and building product dealers now generally deliver tongued and grooved board of better quality than those ordered.
