The paper used United Nations Convention of the Right of Children (CRC) as a theoretical base and data had been collected from analytical review of available literature on child rights and child education in Bangladesh along with government and international organizations reports regarding this matter. The findings of this work demonstrated less concentration about street children in development policies for children, together with not covering all street children in running projects. The analysis advocated education as a prior policy for them to ensure the fundamental facilities and protection as a child in Bangladesh. (Less)
