Abstract (Swedish)
(More)

(Less)

drum teaching methodology, student’s connection to music-making on the drum kit, the importance of role models and gender identification. The results of the thesis are that teachers believe that there are differences between the way boys and... (More)

The results of the thesis are that teachers believe that there are differences between the way boys and girls relate to music teaching. The reason for this is supposed to be primarily the lack of female role models and problems between gender identity and the structure and content of music education. The teachers believe the solution is control of the education and a well thought out music educational and structural approach. (Less)
