Results show a strong significant main effect for attractiveness. Attractive people were judged to have higher qualities regarding warmth and competence and they were judged to be more suitable for hiring. There was no interaction effect between attractiveness and warning that means the warning did not affect the judgments. The attractiveness stereotype exists and misattribution is made on an implicit level under the influence of the halo effect. (Less)
Abstract (Swedish)
(More)

(Less)
