Strategy Creation and Development of Young Entrepreneurs in High-Tech Startups
(2012) ENTN39 20121Department of Business Administration
- Abstract
- This paper attempts to describe how young entrepreneurs in high-tech startups frame strategic decisions. Furthermore it seeks to identify how different types of decisions/situations affect the application of different types of logics. Lastly it aims to explore how and why these frames change over time if they do. The insights should indicate how decision-making in practice relates to existing theory and provide practitioners with an expanded repertoire of strategy-related activities and facilitate mutual understanding.
