Abstract
Education is seen as one of the key solutions to various social problems in the field of development studies. Primary education particularly lays the basis of forming knowledge and ability to access higher levels of other social activities. As the second of Millennium Development Goals,universalizing primary education is attracting significant attention among the international world. One of the main obstacles in education spreading is the disparities between marginalized and richer regions in various aspects within education.
