Though much research in entrepreneurship has evaluated the role of personality traits in entrepreneurs, few studies have addressed the personality traits of entrepreneurship students. In this study we measure five key entrepreneurial personality traits; the need for achievement, perception of risk, locus of control, independence, and self-efficacy. This is accomplished using survey data from 31 entrepreneurship masters students, and 31 non-entrepreneurship business masters student.
