- Unhealthy workplaces can be seen as one of the leading issues regarding society’s high costs for ill health in Sweden. However research has shown that the personnel’s well-being has grown to be of bigger interest during the last few decades. The reason for this is that a connection has been made between the personnel’s well-being and the effectiveness of the organisation. Furthermore the responsibility of the personnel’s well-being lies with the leaders.This study is based on a qualitative case study on the spa–hotel Yasuragi.
