- Abstract
- This study aims to describe and analyze the interaction between one section of the Swedish Red Cross and the Swedish state in forms of a municipality, in order to show how motivation within an interaction can be upheld and consumed. The study problematizes the cross-sectoral interaction of collaborative governance. The study is analyzed through Emerson, Nabatchi and Baloghs (2012) integrative framework for collaborative governance. Main focus for the study is Shared motivation which often is referred to as the social capital within collaborations. After five semi-structured interviews with personnel from both the Swedish Red Cross and the municipality, the study has shown an interaction with a complex setup. The interaction was mostly...
