The conclusion suggests that the municipality’s intentions are somewhat vague. The economic and social goals of the urban renewal project do not always go along, which leads to a discussion about to what extent the goals will be pursued. Moreover, the result from the survey indicates that most respondents are positive or very positive towards Oceanhamnen. However, as soon as the urban renewal project was associated with Söder, the respondents were less unanimous and there was a greater uncertainty. (Less)
