Abstract
Digital transformation is becoming imperative for organizations to stay competitive in the society we live in today. When transforming organizations, corporate culture has been proved to be an influential factor. The aim of this study is to provide knowledge regarding how organizations can invest in inner changes, as in culture and leadership, to enhance their chances of successful digital transformation. The study is based on literature as well as a case study, from one organization.
