The purpose of this study was to analyze the Organizational culture and Leadership in a smaller organization within the information technology industry. Furthermore, the purpose of this essay was to examine the correlation between these two concepts and see what factors that influence how these evolve and also see how the company and its are working with their organizational culture. Earlier research has shown that these two concepts both are complex and related to each other. In this essay we have chosen to shed light on how organisational culture can be seen in relation to self identification and how the Organizational culture can be examined and last but not least, the connection between culture and leadership. This research is based on three personal interviews that were conducted with the CEO of the examined organization and two employees. The result of this research has shown that the examined organization has a strong organizational culture. The study suggests that the founders of the organization, common activities and recruitment strategies have a strong impact on the way that the organizational culture and leadership develops. Furthermore, this study gives rise to the fact that the context plays an important role when it comes to organizational culture and leadership, and that one can not examine these concepts without taking the context into account.
