The interviews with one journalist from each editorial office indicated that they often contact the same experts due to tight deadlines. It also emerged that the journalists prefered experts who had previous experience from television. Finally our study identifies that journalists believe that their colleagues share how they view and work with diversity, but that is not the case. The result of the study is discussed based on the gatekeeping-theory, an intersectional-perspective and the theory of media logic. (Less)
