The method used is a qualitative method which includes semi-structured interviews. 6 supporting-assistance were interviewed. All have worked between 8-16 years within LSS, which covers the period before and after the use of mobile bank-id in digital payment services. The results of the study are presented using text. The conclusion of the first research question is that the work of the supporting-assistance staff was affected after the introduction of mobile bank-id in digital payment services because users need more support in managing their finances with digital payment services. With the second research question it was concluded that the possibility of independence in everyday life decreases when users within LSS can not take part in the possibility of using a mobile bank-id in digital banking services.
