For these purposes, the analysis of current research literature and documented software developers’ experiences were considered and a set of 9 qualitative interviews with eHealth
Scrum team members were conducted. The research resulted in the identification of main challenges across different phases of COVID-19 that occur during the transition to work from home and guidelines on how eHealth Scrum teams may enable a smoother transition to remote or hybrid work style. (Less)
