- Abstract
- Purpose: The main purpose of this research is to get a better understanding of how leadership influences individual perceptions of meaningful work. The interplay between leadership and individuals in meaningful work is also investigated.
Methodology: This is a qualitative study following the abductive approach and interpretivism research philosophy. Data is collected through 12 semi-structured interviews with full-time employees and volunteers in a multinational non-profit organization. We adopt a three-phase coding method to analyze the data.
