- Abstract
- The case company responded to rising uncertainties, such as supply chain disruptions, with a novel process incorporating crucial technology, emphasizing holism, transparency, and consensus. This approach not only mitigated issues linked to bounded rationality but also facilitated communication and decision-making through the interplay of technology and humans. However, the implementation also introduced new difficulties, such as organizational inertia, reflected in an observed tradeoff between experience and adoption of the new tool.
