Abstract
This study examines the transfer of migration and asylum policy narrativity from the European Union to Sweden between 2008 and 2016 using the Narrative Policy Framework (NPF). Employing NPF's theoretical assumptions and methodological pluralism, the study investigates the persistence and transformation of narrative components in policies before and after the 2015 European migration crisis. The analysis reveals insights into the dynamics of policy narrative structures, content, and meaning-making processes in the context of multi-level... (More)

The analysis reveals insights into the dynamics of policy narrative structures, content, and meaning-making processes in the context of multi-level governance. By exploring the interplay between narrative form and content in policy transfer, this research contributes to the development of NPF theory and methodology while enhancing our understanding of policy processes in complex political collaborations.
