This paper presents and discusses how well the management was able to do this. The material presented derives from a survey that was distributed to employees in adult psychiatry in Region Skåne just before the introduction of the service. Overall, the results show that different professions receive information through different channels. This indicates that it is important for an employer to use many information and communication channels to reach employees. It is also important to use both interpersonal and mediated communication channels as they serve different purposes. (Less)
