Transfusion et coagulation chez le polytraumatisé

Schött, Ulf LU (2012) In Oxymag 25(127). p.11-12
Abstract
Blood transfusions were dangerous and prohibited, until medicine developed modern techniques in the middle of the last century. Multi-trauma patients often present hard-to-identify multifactorial coagulopathies which should be recognized and treated before a transfusion is envisaged.
