Timing Problems in Real-Time Systems
(1997) SNART 97, the Swedish Conference on Real-Time Systems, 1997- Abstract
- The article describes and analyzes how random time delays effect control loops that are closed over a communication network. Analysis as well as LQG-design are presented. The optimal controller is using timestamps to determine the timedelay between the sensor and the controller.
