Abstract
This thesis has been written as a part of the degree project course in the Master’s program “Sustainable Business Leadership” at the School of Economics and Management, Lund University. The course was based on the methodology of action learning and self-managed learning. The students were all assigned to an in-company project, having a role as consultants. This project constituted the main part of the course. As a minor part the students were responsible for organizing several learning events addressing relevant issues related to the in-company projects.
