"Här lyktas Konunga styrsl" : en komparativ studie kring senmedeltida och tidigmodernt fursteideal i Västeuropa
(2011) HISK01 20111History
- Abstract
- This paper examines the relationship between late medieval and early modern princely ideals. The study is a comparative analysis of ideas between the Swedish "Konungastyrelsen" and Machiavelli's "Prince". By using political culture as an analytical tool, I show that there is a historical continuity in ideas, with some changes, in the Western European principality ideal.
