To portray the issue interviews have been done with officials from Region Skåne and four different municipalities. Bourdieu’s theories about capital is being used to explain why certain principles have a greater value in one field and not in another. Tillys theory about Durable Inequality is used to capture the problems of maintaining inequality by reproduction of old systems. The study shows that 1+1=3 is a project that meets the challenges for youth unemployment, according to officials from Region Skåne and four different municipalities. The findings of the 1+1=3 analysis can be used as an aid to the design of future studies on how system-changing perspectives can be used in labour market measures. (Less)
