The result showed shortcomings in the prevailing work situation. Particularly remarkable was the experience of lacking support to handle the demands at work and the lack of reward in relation to effort. In line with previous research, the result emphasizes the importance of a balance between demands and resources at work to create a sustainable working environment for the employees. The study highlights the importance of paying attention to this professional group and to offer support in order to create better working conditions. The study implies that the occupational group would benefit from specification of requirements and a clear job description. (Less)
Abstract (Swedish)
(More)

(Less)
