The analysis focused on the short biography letters of the CEOs and on the articles that they had published from 2018 to 2019 in their LinkedIn accounts. The theoretical and analytical framework of the study is composed by the Communication Constitutes Organization (CCO) and Speech Act theory along with the relational and communicative aspect of leadership, netnography and content analysis. Common themes emerged in all CEOs communication, the most noticeable are the notions of sustainability problem, solution, responsibility and consumer. All CEOs tended to connect themselves personally with sustainability and present their companies as part of both the solution and the problem. (Less)
