This research explored the expressed perceptions of technical-level staff from donors and recipient-government representatives on the enablers and barriers for the coordination of climate-related ODA. With a few exceptions, the findings of this research corroborate with previous studies exploring ODA coordination broadly, as well as in specific sectors. The thesis concludes with practical insights that may contribute to improved coordination of climate change ODA in Mozambique. (Less)
