- Climate change affects every ecosystem, country, and individual on this planet. However, its impacts are felt differently across time and space, differentiating between the diverse communities, depending on their vulnerability. Based on the results, this research argues that vulnerability to climate change differentiates between informal settlements and formal residential areas, highlighting the need for context-specific and localized policy approaches when climate-proofing cities.
