The theoretical framework mainly consists of theory about leadership, the full-range leadership model of Bass (1996) and theory on the Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous world (Taskan et al., 2022). Moreover, we draw on literature about organizational change, including dialogical, diagnostic... (More)
