- Climate change has become one of the most serious challenges for human society in the 21st century. Due to the particularity of their own, occupational workers are more affected by climate change, which can cause disease, injury and even death. - Climate change has become one of the most serious challenges for human society in the 21st century. More importantly, climate change can indirectly lead to the reduction of work time and a decrease in labor productivity, which affects the social and economic development.
