Leadership, a measurable talent

Abstract
In every gathered group of people, one person will be appointed the leadership. The choice of leader will be mutual and based on that this person has the most appropriate and trained talent for leadership and is best prepared for the task. Ultimately there should be a team of leaders that support each other and co operate in the leadership, or take turns. Leadership is dependent on the human factor and it sometimes means to be led. Leadership can be different depending on if the leader is a woman or a man, and it is different from management. Leadership is based on perceptions with our senses, as well as hormones and pheromones. Talent is easier to describe as a metaphor. In order to sing, one has to have a talent for singing, and understanding music. If a person has that talent she can train it and become better at singing. If a person has no talent, she can still learn how to sing, be probably not become a professional singer. I person with a great talent will with ease sing professionally, if she trains and rehearses. The leadership talent works similarly. A person with much leadership talent can become a good leader with training and even a person with little talent can train leadership and also become a good leader. (Less)
