To the Glory of Mary: Liber scole virginis at Lund University Library
(2005) In Variants - the Journal of the European Society for Textual Scholarship 4. p.77-88- Abstract
- Medeltidshandskrift 14, the so called Liber scole virginis, is the oldest existing song book of the Cathedral of Lund. It has been given much attention this year in connection with the 900th anniversary of the archdiocese of Denmark. The codicological analysis of this manuscript tells an interesting story about the development of the Marian cult in Lund.
